Lab 14b: Analysis of Anions

Question:  How can you identify the anions present in a mixture of solutions?

The purpose of this experiment, in relation to Lab 14a is to determine and identify the anions present in a mixture of solutions.  In anion analysis, separations are not usually necessary compared to cation analysis.  The lab will consist of reacting substances to identify that individual anions have been completed and use the information to identify the anions in an unknown solution.
